By accessing or using BharatOCR ("the Service"), provided by Meridian Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BharatOCR provides an API for extracting text from Hindi and Devanagari documents. The Service includes text extraction, table extraction, and batch processing capabilities.
You agree to use the API within the rate limits and usage quotas of your plan. Excessive usage, abuse, or any attempt to circumvent rate limits may result in suspension of your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Overage charges are calculated at the rate specified in your plan. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. BharatOCR does not claim ownership of your content. The BharatOCR brand, logo, and software are the intellectual property of Meridian Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
