BharatOCR offers 3 free pages with every new account. No credit card is required for the free trial. Since no payment is made, refunds do not apply to the free trial.
Monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Business) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription or plan upgrade, provided you have used fewer than 10% of the included pages.
Pay Per Use charges are non-refundable as they are incurred for completed API processing.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations.
